Oct. 15, 6-9pm- Laurie Minnick

Found Object & Mixed Media Sculpture Workshop
In this hands-on session, participants will create sculptures by combining found objects and mixed media. Drawing inspiration from the idea of memory and preservation, we’ll explore how everyday remnants—such as fabric, wood, or small discarded items—can be transformed into new forms. These assemblages will encourage students to layer, patch, and reimagine materials to tell their own stories. The focus will be on experimentation, embracing imperfections, and discovering unexpected connections between objects.

Oct. 22, 6-9pm- Rebecca Donohue

Join award-winning photographer Rebecca Donahue for an exclusive workshop on photo editing in Adobe Photoshop. Rebecca will guide you through her creative process, sharing the tools, techniques, and tricks she uses to transform her images from raw capture to finished artwork. Participants will gain hands-on experience with Photoshop, learning how to adjust color, enhance detail, and bring out the unique character of their photographs. Whether you’re new to photo editing or looking to refine your skills, this workshop offers an inspiring look into a professional photographer’s workflow.  Bring your laptop or your notepad and pencil!
