Enjoy a gentle yoga class that's specifically geared for knitters and anyone who enjoys creating with their hands.

This class will teach you simple movements to loosen and stretch your neck, shoulders, hands and fingers.

We'll even tackle those pesky hips that tighten up from sitting too long.
