Flax Spinning Workshop
This specialized workshop focuses on spinning flax fiber using a spinning wheel and distaff. Participants should bring their own spinning wheel and distaff; those who do not have these items must notify us in advance. Instructors will make every effort to locate equipment for participants who need it. Line flax and all additional supplies will be provided by the instructor.
This class is ideal for spinners interested in learning traditional flax spinning techniques and working with plant-based fiber.
