Clay Ornament Workshop

Get into the creative spirit of the season and make your own one-of-a-kind clay ornaments!

In this hands-on workshop, participants will start with slab-rolled clay and use a variety of holiday cookie cutters to create their ornament shapes. From there, you’ll learn and experiment with several surface design techniques, including:

• ✨ Sgraffito – carving through colored slip to reveal contrasting clay beneath

• 🌀 Slip trailing – drawing raised designs with liquid clay

• 🪵 Texturizing – pressing natural objects or tools to create unique patterns
