Ceramic Basket Handles

Give your handmade basket a finishing touch that’s completely your own. In this ceramic workshop, you’ll design and create custom clay handles made specifically to pair with a woven basket.

Explore shape, texture, pattern, and surface design as you build handles that can be sculptural, rustic, modern, whimsical, or anything in between. We’ll cover simple hand-building techniques and, most importantly, how to create handles that can be securely incorporated into your finished basket.

Your ceramic pieces will be fired and ready to become the perfect finishing detail for a truly one-of-a-kind basket.

No ceramic experience necessary.
