"An t-Aistear" is an Irish phrase meaning the journey—not the destination, but the wandering, the noticing, the small moments that stay with you.

The Walk In Art Center has invited artists who have visited, lived in, or traveled through Ireland to contribute work for this group exhibition centered on personal experience and memory. This exhibition is less about postcard views and more about the experience of being there.

There will be sketches, studies, journal pages, paintings, photographs, prints, Mixed media, textiles, small objects, or even travel ephemera, notes, maps, rubbings, selfies, snapshots, and imperfect images.

This is an exhibition of fragments and impressions—like flipping through a travel notebook, a phone gallery, or a stack of postcards pulled from a pocket.

The exhibition will be on display from March 6 through 29. An opening reception will be held on March 6 from 6-9 pm.
